When creating a new Trust Resolution using ChangeGPS there are two optional fields to enter specific clause references from the Trust Deed.
Power to Distribute Income & Class of Income relates to the "Discretionary Distribution" section of the Trust Deed
Determination of Income Under the Trust Deed relates to the "Categories of Income" and "Determination" section of the Trust Deed
It is optional to add the actual clause references or leave them blank for a more generic description only.
