Within the ChangeGPS platform there are several customisable content areas in the report wizard steps. When copying text directly from MS Word or other editors, we recommend the following steps:
Highlight and copy the required text from MS Word or external source document.
In the description editor, right mouse click and select paste as plain text ( or CTRL + SHIFT + V, not CTRL + V) function.
This will remove any embedded formatting styles and code and prevent errors when previewing the report.
The description content editor for Service Items is an HTML editor and pasting text with embedded code will cause an error. The ChangeGPS letter and template content editors only support text styling such as Bold, Italic, Unordered list and Ordered list.
