Client data integration from Access HandiSoft

When Access HandiSoft integration is enabled, client names and address details can be imported to ChangeGPS

If you use Access HandiSoft (On Premise), you can request this add-on feature. The process involves the following steps:

  • Step 1: reach out to your Success Manager or submit a ChangeGPS support ticket.

  • Step 2: the Access Projects Office will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the setup session. You will receive a welcome email with the relevant details and onboarding FAQs.

  • Step 3: attend the HandiSoft configuration session and confirm the data sync.

  • Step 4: add the API key to your ChangeGPS account to activate the integration on Settings, General. At the bottom of the page under Connection Settings, add the private API Key provided.

  • Step 5: in ChangeGPS, search and import client names and address details from HandiSoft

  • Step 6: (optional) if you also have the Practice Manager module, set up and link related entities into client groups.

Note: Changes to client details in HandiSoft are synced overnight and available in ChangeGPS the next day only.
