How do I manage user permissions?

Add or revoke Administrator permissions

The person who initially subscribed and created your ChangeGPS Platform account is by default the Super Admin and Billing Owner. The Super Admin is the only user who cannot be removed from your platform.

As new users are added to the platform, they can be added with Standard User or Administrator access permissions. Only users with Administrative permission can access and change other user account profiles and permissions.

To assign or removed the Admin Permission:

  1. Log into your ChangeGPS Platform and go to Settings, Users.

  2. Assign or remove the Admin Permission for any user by selecting the check box on the right.
