When does the 12 month contract lock-in period renew?

When you sign up for ChangeGPS plans, you'll need to select a 12-month lock-in plan, which is your subscription's Annual Cycle.

Product subscriptions, unless noted otherwise, commence with a 12-month lock-in period and then automatically renew each month unless you cancel. You'll be billed monthly on or about the same day each month until you cancel. Any change in the number of product subscriptions or levels will be reflected on your next monthly bill and payment amount due. When you upgrade or add a new plan the annual lock-in period renews.

Note: The ChangeGPS subscriptions are 12-month lock-in contracts because of the value and annual ongoing updates to resources and apps we offer. This allows us to invest in technical upgrades and new features.
