Sometimes monthly payments fail due to an expired or invalid credit card, or you may simply want to change the credit card details for future payments.
Change your nominated credit card for payment at any time by following the steps below:
Tip: We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Navigate to Settings and then click Subscription.
Under Change Card Details, click Open.
Add the details and then click Confirm.
Note: If you and your users lost access to the platform applications due to a failed payment, you'll immediately gain access again once a successful charge is made.
