Manage your Access Account appearing instead of Access Evo

Clearing the browser cache will resolve the issue.

To clear the cache in Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  3. Select More tools > Clear browsing data.

  4. In the pop-up window:

    • Set the Time range to All time.

    • Tick the boxes for:

      • Cookies and other site data

      • Cached images and files

  5. Click Clear data.

  6. After clearing the cache, close all Chrome windows completely.

  7. Reopen Chrome and go to ​go.access-workspace.com.au

You should now be able to log in successfully.
