ChangeGPS Trust Distribution integrates with FuseSign to allow the trustee (and directors, if the trustee is a company) to digitally sign the distribution resolution without printing and scanning. In Step 4 — Preview, select Send for Signing to send the resolution via FuseSign. Each signer receives an email with a secure signing link. The Signing Status Badge in Step 4 shows the current status — Pending (sent but not yet signed), Partially Signed (some signers have signed), or Completed (all signers have signed). Once all required parties have signed, a fully executed copy is delivered to both the practice and the client automatically. FuseSign must be connected in Admin Settings → Integrations before this feature is available.
