Green Zone Suggestions are recommendations generated by ChangeGPS Section 100A that identify what changes to a distribution arrangement would bring an AMBER or RED beneficiary into the GREEN zone under PCG 2022/2. The suggestions appear in the Risk Assessment step (Step 3) below the risk zone badge for each beneficiary whose arrangement is not in the GREEN zone. Common suggestions include ensuring the entitlement is paid in cash within a reasonable time, restructuring the use of unpaid present entitlements, or adjusting the relationship between the distribution arrangement and any related company loans. Green Zone Suggestions are generated based on the specific risk factors identified in the questionnaire answers and are tailored to each beneficiary's circumstances.
