Auto-import Client Entities and Groups in TaxPlan

How to access client details for accounting businesses using Access HandiSoft or Xero Practice Manager (XPM)

  • Access HandiSoft or XPM can be integrated with ChangeGPS.

  • TaxPlan users can then auto-import client entities and groups (entity name and entity type only).


Choose and add an entity

  1. In the Tax details navigation tab, you can use the Client group beneath the Add entities title to search for a client name.

  2. Select Client group.

  3. Click the dropdown to show a list of client groups.

  4. Select the required client group.

  5. After you select the appropriate client group a popup will appear on the screen. Once the group data has been added to TaxPlan select Ok in the popup.

This will automatically update the name of the TaxPlan report to reflect the name of the client group that has been added.
