Step 1: Update your User Profile
Update your User Profile to add your Personal Qualifications. If you do not have permission to edit your profile, ask your Administrator.
Go to Settings, Users and click the Edit icon beside your name to update your profile.
Step 2: Verify Signature Text in Global Letter Settings
Check Signature Text: Your qualifications should automatically be added to your signature text. If not, verify that the Signature Text details under Global Letter Settings are correct.
Go to Settings, General, Application Settings, Global Letter Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. If the Signature Text has changed, add the default values by copying and pasting the following text into the Signature Text editor box:

Step 3: Add signature file
When a signature file is added to your profile, your signature will automatically be displayed.
