Add a signature to a user profile to automatically include in letters

Include a digital signature in all letters and cover letters created in ChangeGPS

Including a signature in your letters allows for a quicker workflow. All ChangeGPS letters and report cover letters can be configured to use a standard closing and signature.

Signature image requirements:

  • Rectangular dimensions

  • Medium pixel size

  • PNG image file format

Update the User Profile:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Profile.

  2. In the Signature section, click Upload, find the correct file, select it, then click Save.

  3. Refresh the page to see the saved signature image.

Adjust the Default Signature Size:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Global Letter Settings.

  2. Adjust the Max Width and Max Height (default and largest value is 5).

  3. Preview the signature at the bottom right of the page.

  4. Click Save.
