Accessing Letters (Merge): Navigate to Core - Documents, Letters (Merge).
Adding client details: Add your client details manually or connect XPM to access your client details.
Selecting templates: Choose from the default templates available or edit and customise them to suit your needs.
Embedded merge fields: Some templates contain embedded merge fields (text in curly brackets) that prompt you for specific personalised data.
Sender selection: Select who to send the letter as - yourself or the relevant partner.
Previewing the letter: Preview the letter on your letterhead. Learn how to add your branding.
Customising further: Download the letter to MS Word to customise it further.
Add pages: Upload additional supporting documents if required on the Preview step to create a single PDF.
Sending the letter: Email the letters as a PDF or download the document as a PDF or Word document to your local drive.
