All users with Administrator permissions have access to download monthly invoices from the Subscription page.
Tip: Users assigned as the Billing Owners continue to receive invoices by email. Unless these users are also assigned as Admins they will not have access to this section. Find out more on how to manage user permissions >
To view and download invoices, follow the steps below:
Log in to the ChangeGPS Platform.
Click Settings and then click Subscriptions.
On the bottom section of the page, locate the required invoice and click Open.
