How do I add a service to the Service Plan catalogue in Company Settings?

Overview of managing Service Plan services, including adding, editing, categorising, and pricing services.

Services in the Service Plan module are managed in Access → Apps → Company Settings → Service Plan Settings. To add a new service, select Add Service, enter the service name, assign it to a category (for example, Tax Compliance, Advisory, or Bookkeeping), and set the default price. The service then appears in the DJ Pad Grid in Service Plan for all client service plans. You can also edit existing services to update the name, category, or default price. If a service is no longer offered by the firm, it can be archived so it no longer appears in new service plans while retaining the historical data for plans where it was previously assigned.
