Yes. ChangeGPS Trust Distribution includes a template management function in Step 3 — Content. After preparing the resolution for a trust, select Save as Template to save the current document structure and wording as a reusable template. Next year, open a new distribution for the same trust, navigate to Step 3, and select Load Template to restore the resolution content from the previous year. The template tags ({{trustName}}, {{year}}, {{clientName}}) automatically update to reflect the new income year and trust details, so you only need to update the distribution amounts in Step 2 — the resolution wording is already in place.
