Action templates in ChangeGPS Action Meeting are pre-written action item descriptions that can be added to any agenda item with a single click. The template library includes common accounting practice actions — for example, "Provide signed tax return to accountant", "Review and approve financial statements", or "Contribute to superannuation before 30 June". To use a template, expand an agenda item in Step 2, select Add from Template, and choose the relevant template from the library. The template pre-fills the action description, which you can then edit to add specific details, a due date, and the responsible party. Using templates saves time and ensures consistent action wording across all client meetings.
