Action Meeting creates a structured meeting record covering client details, meeting type, date, time, location, and attendees.
The app builds the meeting agenda with individual agenda items, discussion points, and action items assigned to the client, the accountant, or other responsible parties.
Action Meeting tracks the status of each action item (Outstanding or Completed) and sends automated reminders for overdue actions.
The app generates professional meeting documentation — an agenda for distribution before the meeting and a post-meeting action plan — which can be exported as PDF or Word documents, or emailed directly to the client.
Meeting type templates pre-populate the agenda with standard items relevant to the meeting type, saving time when setting up recurring meetings.

CIM client import — Import client details from the Client Import Manager (CIM) to pre-fill the client information in Step 1.

How Action Meeting fits into ChangeGPS
Action Meeting is a standalone practice management tool. Meeting actions can reference deliverables from other ChangeGPS apps — for example, an action to "review the Tax Plan" or "sign the Division 7A loan agreement" can be tracked as an action item in Action Meeting and assigned to the client or accountant with a due date.
Getting started
Navigate to Action Meeting from the ChangeGPS dashboard and select New Meeting.
In Step 1 — Meeting Details, enter the client name, meeting type, date, time, location, and attendees.
In Step 2 — Agenda & Actions, build the agenda and add action items.
In Step 3 — Notes, capture meeting notes and any additional observations.
In Step 4 — Review & Documents, preview, filter, and export the meeting documents.
