Yes. In Step 4 — Review & Documents, select Send Email to email the meeting agenda, action plan, and notes directly to your client from within ChangeGPS Action Meeting. You can apply the Action Filters before emailing to control which actions appear in the document sent to the client. You can also use Export PDF or Export Word to download the documents first and send them through your existing email system. If you need to include additional documents — such as a tax return, fee proposal, or engagement letter — use the Add Pages function to merge them into a single PDF package before downloading or sending.
