Your ChangeGPS Evo account is ready to go. ChangeGPS Evo is the same product your firm uses today, now running inside Access Evo. The interface has been modernised and the solution rebuilt based on decades of Australian accounting experience and member feedback.

Your migration timeline
You have time. ChangeGPS Evo is live now, and you don't need to move everything at once. Your existing solution remains available while you get set up, so your team can keep working without interruption through the year-end period.
Now — ChangeGPS Evo is live
Your firm's primary contact has been provided with the Onboarding Toolkit to set up your users in ChangeGPS Evo. Set up your firm at your own pace. Your team gains access to ChangeGPS Evo once your primary contact is ready.
7–11 September 2026 — TaxPlan, Progress, FBT and Trust Distribution data moves across
During the week of 7–11 September 2026, your firm's TaxPlan, Progress, Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) and Trust Distribution reports data will be automatically migrated from changetech.cloud to ChangeGPS Evo. This migration is automated, and you do not need to do anything for these report types.
Action required: Reports outside TaxPlan, Progress, FBT and Trust Distribution will not be migrated to ChangeGPS Evo. This includes CGT, Structure Advice, Blueprint, Engage, Actions, Service Plan, Potential and Letters Merge reports. Please download any reports of these types from changetech.cloud and save them in a secure location for future reference before changetech.cloud closes.
31 October 2026 — the old platform closes
changetech.cloud will no longer be accessible after 31 October 2026. By this point, your firm should be fully set up in ChangeGPS Evo, and any CGT, Structure Advice, Blueprint, Engage, Actions, Service Plan, Potential or Letters Merge reports you want to keep should already be downloaded and saved securely.
To help your firm transition smoothly, our development team's efforts between now and 31 October 2026 are focused on ChangeGPS Evo. changetech.cloud will continue to run and remain available for your day-to-day work during this period, but it will not receive further bug fixes.
