Your ChangeGPS Evo account is ready to go. ChangeGPS Evo is the same product your firm uses today, now running inside Access Evo. The interface has been modernised and the solution rebuilt based on decades of Australian accounting experience and member feedback.
Over the next two months, your firm will need to transition to ChangeGPS Evo. This is where your team will complete their work going forward.

Your migration timeline
You have time. ChangeGPS Evo is live now, and you don't need to move everything at once. Your existing solution remains available while you get set up, so your team can keep working without interruption through the year-end period.
Now — ChangeGPS Evo is live
Administrators can start onboarding now using the Onboarding Toolkit. Set up your firm at your own pace. Your team gains access to ChangeGPS Evo once you are ready.
15 July — your data moves across
Your FBT, Trust Distribution and TaxPlan data will be automatically migrated from changetech.cloud.
Action required: Please save or export any other reports and documents from changetech.cloud that you want to keep before this date.
15 August — the old platform closes
changetech.cloud will no longer be accessible after 15 August 2026. By this point, your firm should be fully set up in ChangeGPS Evo.
