To request a change to your business ABN, complete the form and send it to our Commercial team at [email protected].
Include the following details in your request:
Old business name and ABN.
New business name and ABN.

Can I give new owners my login details so they can use the software?
No. The licence is not transferable. New owners will need to sign a new agreement before they can use the software.
Can I transfer my licence to new owners who are taking over the business?
No. Licences are not transferable. A new agreement will need to be signed by the new owners.
Why do we need to enter into a new agreement when there is a change in ABN?
ChangeGPS licences are non-transferable and personal to your existing company. They cannot be assigned to any other entity, which is why a new agreement is required whenever there is a change in ABN.
I have already taken over a company and the previous owner gave me access. Can I continue using the software?
No. You are not permitted to use the software. The licence agreement was terminated when the previous company changed ownership.
⚠️Important: Using software under a terminated licence agreement may put you in breach of the licence terms. Contact our Commercial team to arrange a new agreement.
Are there any costs associated with changing ownership?
Yes, but costs vary depending on the product. Your Account Manager will talk you through the process and any associated costs.
I just want to change my billing name. Do I still need to fill out the form?
Yes. You will still need to complete the form so we can assess the next steps for your account.
How long will this process take?
