Manage your ChangeGPS subscription with Product Change app
This article explains how to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel your ChangeGPS subscription through the Product Change app, and how to add EngageAML verification credits.
Before you begin
You need the ChangeGPS v2 Administrator role in Evo Organisation Settings. For instructions on setting this up, see Evo activation and setup.
You need access to the Product Change app. If you don't have access, see Manage your ChangeGPS subscription with your Account Manager.
Upgrade your subscription
You can upgrade your ChangeGPS subscription at any time through the Product Change app.
You get instant access to any new apps included in your upgrade as soon as it's processed.
Your 12 month contract restarts, and your new billing amount takes effect from your next monthly billing date.
If you also want to remove an app you currently subscribe to, request that downgrade before you process your upgrade. Upgrading resets your 12 month contract, so processing the upgrade first will lock in the full contract term before your downgrade request is applied.
Downgrade your subscription
To remove an app from your ChangeGPS subscription, request the downgrade through the Product Change app. Your downgrade is applied at the end of your current 12 month contract period, and any remaining subscriptions on your account will autorenew for a further 12 months from that date.
Autorenewal
Your ChangeGPS subscription autorenews at the end of each 12 month contract period. Unless you request an upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation through the Product Change app before your contract end date, your current subscriptions continue automatically for a further 12 month term.
Cancel your subscription
You can request cancellation of your ChangeGPS subscription through the Product Change app. Cancellation requests require 30 days notice before your 12 month contract end date.
If you give at least 30 days notice before your contract end date, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 12 month contract.
If you give less than 30 days notice, your cancellation is applied at the end of the following contract period instead.
Worked example: if your contract end date is 15 October 2026 and you submit your cancellation request on 20 September 2026, that's 25 days notice — less than the required 30 days. In this case, your subscription would continue for one more contract period, and your cancellation would take effect on 15 October 2027.
Add EngageAML verification credits
Verification credits for EngageAML are not charged when you sign up. Instead, you add these credits yourself, as needed, through the Service Credits app.
For step-by-step instructions, see Add EngageAML verification service credits to your account.
