ChangeGPS Client Import Manager imports a comprehensive set of client data from Xero Practice Manager (XPM). The imported data includes: client and entity names, entity types (Individual, Company, Trust, Partnership, SMSF), ABN, ACN, date of birth, registered and postal addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, client contacts and representatives, entity-to-entity relationships (for example, a trust and its corporate trustee), shareholder details, beneficiaries, and director information. This data is normalised into a consistent ChangeGPS schema. Some fields that exist in one practice management system but not another may not be available — the specific fields available depend on what your practice management system records for each client.
