Upload them in Access → Apps → Company Settings → Branding. The logo must be in a PNG format (max 4MB) and is recommended to be at least 300px wide for best quality in printed documents. The letterhead must be a full page one, in PNG or JPEG format (max 4MB). Please ensure you have clicked on Save after uploading and try generating a new document to verify the change has taken effect.
