How does auto-save work in Letters Merge?

Explains how auto‑save works in Letters Merge to retain drafts and prevent loss of work

ChangeGPS Letters Merge automatically saves your letter draft every 30 seconds as you work. This means you will not lose your work if your browser closes unexpectedly, your session times out, or you navigate away from the page mid-edit. The auto-save status is shown in the top-right corner of the editor — a clock icon indicates a save is pending, and a tick icon confirms the draft has been saved. You can also return to an in-progress letter from the Letters Merge dashboard — select the draft from the list to resume editing where you left off. Drafts are retained until you export or delete them.
