ChangeGPS Letters Merge supports three delivery methods for completed letters. PDF export produces a print-ready or email-ready PDF that cannot be edited by the recipient — suitable for final documents such as engagement letters or tax advice cover letters. Word export (.docx) produces an editable Word document — useful when the letter needs to be printed on firm letterhead or further edited outside ChangeGPS. Email delivery sends the letter directly to the client from within ChangeGPS, using the email address entered in Step 1. If your firm uses FuseSign for digital signatures, you can also send the letter via FuseSign for the client to sign electronically, with the signed copy automatically returned to both parties.
