Can I create my own letter templates in Letters Merge?

Letter templates in ChangeGPS Letters Merge can be created and managed by practice administrators. To create a new template, navigate to Admin Settings → Letter Templates, select New Template, and build the content using the same rich text editor and merge fields available in the main app. Custom templates appear in the template library in Step 2 alongside the built-in templates. You can also edit existing templates to change the default content, add optional blocks, or update merge fields.
