We're pleased to announce that our ChangeGPS EngageAML Customer Drop-In Sessions are now live and ready to share.
These daily 45-minute drop-in sessions have been created to provide customers with direct access to our experts, giving them a dedicated space to ask questions, seek guidance, and gain confidence with our products and processes.
These sessions have been created as a virtual event, so customers can come and go as they please by simply selecting 'join' in the created link. We have put a cap on 40 people at one time, but that does not limit us to speak to only 40 people per session. Thank you for your support in helping us continue our one to many approach whilst demand is high.
Why are we running these sessions?
The clinics are designed to:
Provide customers with quick access to expert advice and best-practice guidance.
Address concerns, questions, and areas of uncertainty before they become larger issues.
Reduce the volume of non-technical queries being raised through Support.
Help customers become more self-sufficient and successful in using our solutions.
Reinforce our new support and engagement processes, including the recently launched Intercom support experience.
How can you help?
We encourage Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to actively promote these clinics to customers who may:
Need additional guidance or reassurance.
Have general product or process-related questions.
Be raising multiple "how-to" queries through Support.
Benefit from direct engagement with our subject matter experts.
