Seat Management in ChangeGPS is restricted to users with the Administrator permissions. If a Standard User needs access to a new app, they should contact the Administrator of their account. The Administrator will see their name in the Unassigned Members tab, and assign them a seat. If they are not a user yet, the Administrator will need to create a user.
