The licence history in ChangeGPS Seat Management is a full audit log of all seat assignment and removal actions for each app. For each action, the log records the user affected, the action taken (assigned or unassigned), the Administrator who made the change, and the date and time. The history is accessible to Administrators by selecting the History tab in the app's detail view. It is useful for auditing access controls, investigating when a user's access changed, and providing evidence of access management procedures for compliance purposes.
