A seat in ChangeGPS is a licence that grants a specific user access to a particular ChangeGPS app. Your practice's subscription includes a set number of seats per app — for example, 10 seats for Tax Plan means up to 10 staff members can access Tax Plan at the same time. Each user must be assigned a seat for each app they need to use, otherwise they cannot access it, even if they have a ChangeGPS login. Seats are managed by Administrators only. A company can have multiple administrators if needed.
