Disengage a client in EngageAML

EngageAML allows you to disengage clients you no longer wish to engage or monitor under AML/CTF obligations. When you disengage a client, EngageAML will automatically pre-populate a disengagement letter ready for you to review and send.

Disengage a client

To disengage a client from EngageAML monitoring:

  1. Open the Access Menu and navigate to Apps, then select EngageAML.

  2. From the EngageAML dashboard, locate the client you want to disengage.

  3. Under the Actions column, select the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the client.

  4. Select Disengage Client from the dropdown.

  5. EngageAML will pre-populate a disengagement letter for you to review before sending to the client.

About the disengagement letter

The disengagement letter in EngageAML is pre-populated based on the client's information in the system. Before sending, review the letter to confirm all details are accurate and the content is appropriate for your client relationship.
