Understanding access to your ChangeGPS Evo apps
This article explains how app access works in ChangeGPS Evo — including which apps are visible to all users, which are restricted by role, and what to do if you cannot access a specific tool.
How ChangeGPS apps appear in your account
All ChangeGPS apps are visible to all users in your organisation — however, you will only have access to the apps your firm is subscribed to. If you can see an app but cannot open or use it, your firm may not have an active subscription for that product.
To check which apps your firm is subscribed to, open the Seat Management app. Seat Management shows your firm's active subscriptions and how seats are assigned across your team.
Company Settings and Seat Management
The Company Settings and Seat Management apps are only available to Evo members with a ChangeGPS v2 Role of Administrator. If you are not an Administrator, these apps will not be accessible to you.
If you need to view or update your firm's subscription or settings and do not have Administrator access, speak with your firm's ChangeGPS Administrator.
Product Allocation
Product Allocation is an internal ChangeGPS tool and is not available to customers. If your organisation has the Product Allocation module listed in your settings, this reflects internal platform configuration — it does not grant access to the Product Allocation interface.
If you are unable to access Product Allocation, this is expected. There is no action required on your end.
Product Change
Product Change is a ChangeGPS feature that allows you to manage your subscription — for example, adding or removing modules. Access to Product Change is only available to firms that self-manage their subscription through an online portal.
If your firm manages its own subscription online, you can access Product Change from within your ChangeGPS account.
If your subscription is managed on your behalf through an Access Account Manager, Product Change will not be available in your account.
If you believe you should have access to Product Change but cannot find it, contact our support team and we can confirm your subscription type.
