Add EngageAML verification credits to your account
EngageAML verification credits are used to run client verification checks (such as KYC and KYB) within EngageAML. You can top up your credit balance at any time from the ChangeGPS Service Credits app.
Before you begin
You'll need a ChangeGPS v2 Administator permissions in Access Evo.
Credits are purchased in $1,000.00 AUD blocks and charged via Stripe.
Make sure you open ChangeGPS Service Credits and not ChangeGPS Service Credits (Admin), which is a separate tool restricted to Access Group internal teams.
Steps to add credits
From the Access menu, search for and add the ChangeGPS Service Credits app if it isn't already in your personal spaces.
Open the Service Credits app from your Personal Spaces list.
Under Quantity, use the + and − buttons to select how many $1,000.00 credit blocks you want to purchase.
Check the You'll be charged amount, then select Pay with Stripe.
Complete your payment details in the Stripe Checkout popup and confirm payment. You can pay by card, or select Apple Pay or Link if available.
Your Current balance updates automatically once payment is confirmed — there's no need to refresh the page.
Track your credit usage and purchases
ChangeGPS Service Credits also lets you review how your verification credits are being used. Select Purchase history to see past top-ups, or Usage history to see how credits have been consumed.
Use the Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last quarter quick filters, or set a custom From and To date to view a specific period.
Each view shows Checks run, Credits consumed, Refunded, and Avg per check for the selected date range.
Select Export CSV to download the usage data for the selected date range.
